At Reddit Savvy, we stand by the quality of our services and strive to provide the best possible experience for our clients. Our guarantee and refund policy set clear expectations on the services we offer and how we interact with our customers.

What We Do Not Guarantee:

• ❌ Virality: We do not guarantee that your content will go viral.
• ❌ Specific Results: We do not guarantee specific outcomes or metrics, such as a precise number of upvotes or downvotes.
• ❌ Refunds for Delivered Services: We do not issue refunds for services that have been delivered in accordance with the specifications on the order page.

We operate with transparency and fairness. If any issues arise with your order, please reach out to us, and we will make every effort to resolve them.

Ethical Guidelines

Reddit Savvy is committed to ethical practices and ensuring our services help you achieve meaningful growth without negatively impacting others. We review all orders carefully, and if an order violates our ethical guidelines, we will issue a refund and void the order.

Reddit Upvotes & Downvotes

We hold ourselves to the following standards when delivering Reddit upvotes and downvotes:

• Delivery Speed: We aim to deliver your votes at the rate you specify on the order page. If you leave the speed blank, we will default to a standard rate of 1 vote per minute.
• Vote Fuzzing: Reddit’s automatic vote adjustment may affect your order’s progress, particularly with downvotes. Delays can occur, but we will work on strategies to mitigate this.
• Subreddit Considerations: We advise considering the activity level and moderation of the subreddit before placing an order. If you need assistance in managing your votes, feel free to contact our support team.
• Multiple Orders: We process one order at a time per link. Do not combine orders across different services or use other services alongside ours, as this may cause complications.

Refund Scenarios for Upvotes/Downvotes

• Post Removal by Mods: No refund if upvotes were fully delivered before removal. Refund issued if post removal happens before the full delivery.
• Post Deletion by User: No refund if upvotes were fully delivered before deletion. Refund issued if post deletion occurs before full delivery, subject to review.
• Mistaken Orders: No refund if upvotes were delivered before reporting the mistake. Refund issued if post removal happens before full delivery, based on prorated calculation.
• Subreddit Rules Violation: No refund if upvotes were fully delivered before violation. Refund issued if post is removed before full delivery.
• Aged Posts: Upvotes for posts older than 1 day may not register fully. No refund if upvotes are delivered in full.

Reddit Auto-Upvotes

• Automatic Upvoting: Your posts and comments will be upvoted automatically based on your preferences (conservative or aggressive).
• Deleted Content: Remaining votes will be reassigned if a post or comment is deleted during delivery, depending on the cause.

Reddit Accounts

• Account Credentials: Upon purchase, you will receive access to Reddit account credentials, along with securing instructions.
• Account Metrics: The account will align with the agreed-upon description, including karma points, age, and credentials.
• Account Issues: We will correct or replace credentials within 24 hours if there are issues, such as incorrect passwords.

Reddit Comments

• Comment Quality: Comments will be made using active, niche-relevant accounts. If you provide specific content, it will be posted as requested, subject to Reddit’s guidelines.
• Deletions and Shadowbanning: If a comment stays up for 4 hours, it’s considered delivered. Deletions or shadowbanning after that time are out of our control.

Refund Request Process

• If any issues arise, we will issue a wallet refund following the conditions above. If you feel you’re eligible but haven’t received a refund, contact our support, and we’ll resolve it.

Refund Exceptions

If you’re dissatisfied with our services and wish to discontinue, we offer a 15% refund on services that have not yet been started, based on the current stage of the project. We will stop all ongoing work and adjust the refund accordingly.
